PenServ Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA)
You need to complete PenServ SRA when you:
- Enroll in the CTA 403(b).
- Wish to change your contributions.

If your district does not have a copy of the Online Enrollment & Web Access Guide, please contact the District’s TPA PenServ for a copy of the document.
